A complete internal and external transformation of LJ Hooker’s Prince Street office in the heart of Busselton. Over nine months, we stripped the existing building back and rebuilt it as a modern, professional workspace — a fresh street frontage that holds its own on Prince Street, and interiors designed around how a busy real estate team actually works. New reception, client lounge, and open work areas were fitted out with warm, contemporary finishes that make a strong first impression on buyers and sellers alike. It’s the kind of commercial fit-out that shows what’s possible when a tired premises gets a proper rethink rather than a patch-up.

The architectural intent was simple: make the building work as hard as the brand — visible, welcoming, and built to last.
Interiors
The interior fit-out was designed around the rhythm of a working real estate office — a welcoming reception and client lounge up front, open collaborative work areas behind. Warm timber tones, contemporary joinery, and quality commercial finishes create a space that feels polished without being stiff, giving the team an environment that matches the professionalism of the brand.
